LIORA provides AI-assisted call handling services for private healthcare clinics and related businesses. Services may include answering inbound calls, capturing caller information, handling appointment enquiries, providing call summaries, routing information to clinic staff, and other agreed communication services. Service scope may vary between clients and is defined during onboarding.
LIORA is not a healthcare provider. LIORA does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, clinical opinions, or emergency assistance. Any healthcare-related decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals. Patients requiring urgent or emergency care should contact the appropriate emergency services.
LIORA is designed to support administrative communication only and must not be relied upon for emergency, urgent, or clinical decision-making.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, supplying correct appointment and service details, maintaining up-to-date availability information, reviewing information delivered by LIORA, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Clients remain responsible for all clinical, medical, legal, and operational decisions.
LIORA aims to provide reliable service availability. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Service availability may be affected by internet outages, telecommunications failures, third-party provider disruptions, software failures, scheduled maintenance, and events beyond our reasonable control. LIORA shall not be liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.
LIORA relies on third-party providers to deliver certain aspects of the service. These providers may include telecommunications providers, cloud hosting providers, artificial intelligence providers, infrastructure providers, and analytics providers. Service performance may be affected by the availability and operation of such providers.
LIORA is designed to capture and communicate information accurately. However, no guarantee is made that all information collected, processed, summarised, or transmitted will be entirely free from error. Clients are responsible for reviewing information received through the service.
LIORA processes information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Details regarding data collection, storage, and processing are provided in the Privacy Policy. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations.
All website content, branding, design elements, service descriptions, and related materials remain the property of LIORA unless otherwise stated. No licence or ownership rights are transferred except where expressly agreed in writing.
Service fees, setup fees, and billing arrangements are agreed individually with each client. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in accordance with issued invoices, late payments may result in service suspension, and outstanding balances remain payable after termination.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, either party may terminate the service with reasonable notice, clients remain responsible for any outstanding invoices, and LIORA may suspend or terminate services in cases of misuse, non-payment, or unlawful activity. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIORA shall not be liable for loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunities, indirect damages, consequential damages, reputational damages, or data loss resulting from third-party failures. LIORA's total liability arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold LIORA harmless against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from information supplied by the client, clinical decisions, regulatory breaches by the client, and misuse of the service.
